day seventy-four

pizza, pizza.

i love making meals using what's on hand: what we have without rushing to the grocery, utilizing the herb garden, and making things from scratch. you see a few things happening in this pizza: caramelized onions & bbq chicken from a weekend meal (made the bbq sauce & pizza crust). while the onion did not come from our garden this time, we have two growing from last year and are soon to plant more. the other pizza held two cheeses and a veggie side with orange bell pepper & spinach. these were tasty, good, and fun to create.
