starting the day.7.19.2010
i love the days where i can make some of the farm fresh eggs, add a little toasted bread and freshly made salsa. sometimes topped with creme fraiche, sometimes with a few black beans tossed alongside. in any event, making breakfast is a treat. i love each bite, especially on a sweet polka dot plate with juice and coffee. a good start for the day.
