finding the tree's shadow.

of all the fun spent together at the State Arboretum of VA, i loved looking up into this tree to capture an image. once i stopped and looked, i saw the tree's shadow before me. i loved this. the tree's moment in the sun, giving this shade to a traveler and her family. i love trees, sun, shade, worms, blooms, and textures. all that and more was found. i loved this creative moment where i could delight in what was before me, finding shelter in the shade, and experiencing such a sense of playfulness.
