sacred day sixty-three

smells cacn become sacred. chopping garlic, ginger, cilantro, and parsley are creating a new space within me just as the trinity (onion, bell pepper, & celery) has it's deep rooted place. the gift of sharing a meal is a treasured act. these ingredients were entered into my mornng routine, adding a creative spark to the day. what a joy to smell, touch, and taste the dish prepared using these.
