five days of five led to this moment returning home after a fun, fun, fun party. the space of the studio was a great backdrop. the gym space was even better.  my heart was full watching five-year-olds and a couple of two-year-olds running about with smiles on their faces 98% of the time (excellent success rate, i'd say).  sweet plans with a sweet child. and there's this little figure you'll see sitting on the cake above.  my sweet boy and i painted this figure to adorn his cake so many years ago.  i hope to always use it, holding on to this memory and his creativity for years and years to come.  sacred life markers, these birth days, celebration days, mothering days. each one marks celebration.
