i love, love finding interesting markets, especially when there are goods that you can purchase by weight. need three dried ancho chilies? perfect! here they are. my love and i gathered chilies, fresh produce, and tortillas for a meal that we prepared in three courses for family. we devoured each smell, each color, each taste from the space of this market to the seated spaces around the table. now i know where to go for fresh cactus, sweet lime, arm-length aloe vera. a delightful day of playing! each act creative, from the observation of colors to each smell at the market.
