on an overnight camping trip, our son enjoyed fishing. we had so many moments of fun, but there was a stillness and awareness when his hands were holding a rod and reel. he was in tune with something in his inner core that i cannot explain, but if you're keeping up, you know. it's an amazing moment to sit back and recognize in that moment where he's connecting and that his spirit is full and at peace. these are moments i live for.
