i love the tastes of new orleans, and i share that love with many, many folks. a couple of strawberry seasons ago, i tasted the BEST po' boy in richmond at the berry patch on a festival day of picking. since then, i enjoy going to the restaurant and savor each bite of shrimpy or oyster goodness. this moment is a moment of sharing: beignets for morning delight. sharing the tastes of home and travels all at once, i love sharing these with my boy as well as a special friend on her birthday. delightful tastes and smiles. my boy was thrilled.
