day two hundred thirty-four

fresh crabs!

there's creativity in learning the "maryland way" of picking crabs. these hands are from mississippi, where we use crackers and nut picks to help us enjoy the delicate tastes of crabs. i combined my knowledge with fresh eyes and ears, learning something new with a mallet in hand. these were so good. good food with good friends. what a treat!
