oh, for the love of pancakes. i've been in search of the best pancake recipe. it's coming close. this one couldn't go wrong: pancakes that surround these gorgeous fresh blueberries perfectly, puffing up to the size of each blueberry. blueberries cooked enough to warm and become the perfect filling and sauce all at once. all in the house were happy, hungry, and then fed. a good start to finding the best batch.
