my hands were busy staining a piece of furniture that my husband made. it's completion is one that we're thankful for. actually, there's a sigh of relief that it's made and stained and ready to be put in the home (and it was after drying). i was so tickled, i just had to enjoy a part of the creative joy as i took this silly little photo. wearing my summer hat and a smile, you can see me in my hair buns with the garden over my left shoulder and shelves on the ground in front of the garden. my son's sandbox, filled with toys over the right shoulder. a little taste of my creative pride in this moment.
