day two hundred five

when it's good, it's good.

with my pasta making confidence returned, i felt it was the right time to make some lasagna. with fresh farmer's market ingredients (less the cheese), this meal was a hit. i loved the sauteed onion over toast, the delicious lasagna and fresh greens. yum. it was a treat to have another pasta meal in this week's menu planning and meal enjoyment.
