a long-awaited gathering with two kindred spirits came at last, met with food, lemonade, coffee, and flowers! one of these kindred spirits who has a fabulous blog: a happy nest brought bouquets of flowers to share! i love the work of her hands and her creativity. i love the creative act of stopping into the local florist's shop and getting two wrapped bouquets for each of us. and the smells of lavender from the home of my friend of the blog: a still life. she created the right space for our good conversation and budding friendship to bloom. delightful.
