aah. this rose was a delightful surprise the first spring. it blooms so much of the early spring, summer, and into the fall. i was delighted to find the first blooms a week after pruning this rose outside our back door. delighted. i'm so honored that we have a rose that is a delightful deep pink and that this rose smells like a rose. a tree that acts like a tree and a rose that smells like a rose. aah. first booms, creative acts to behold.
