spinach ricotta lasagna. made from scratch, except the tomato sauce. simply delicious. i thoroughly enjoyed the process of making the noodles. usually i roll & cut by hand, but this seemed the perfect opportunity for using the pasta maker. Sticky buns preceded and baking them followed. as with clay, my method of making pasta & kneading dough is very similar. now i'm in the mood to throw or hand build. ah, the creative flow.
