a tweet this week said "the spirituality of a tree begins with its roots." while i pondering that thought, i had to reflect on my own roots. today's captured moment is the act while i was pondering a visit with one of my richmond roots:
i meet for lunch with one of my favorite people at a wonderful african restaurant in town. it's the perfect mix of food & beverage (ginger beer) and company. the space isn't too distracting & the background noise never too overpowering. today's creative act is one i hope to repeat soon. savoring each bite. savoring each word.
