sand play. 1.9.2010
i love being with my son. entering his world is a gift. today we went to the science museum to play in the sand that's been a "no touch" zone. we missed the "treasures" hidden in the sand by the trinket standards, but we treasured the moments together in the sand. he picked out his bucket to keep and he LOVED having that treat to carry home. a sweet moment running the sand in our fingers. for a brief moment we could imagine the sand as the beach. we had fun. a creative act together!
